ORIGINS

In 1950, Ennio Riccesi registered his sole proprietorship with the Trieste Chamber of Commerce, marking the beginning of a journey that would establish the company in the construction sector. The business grew within the Trieste real estate market, undertaking both private developments and third-party contracts, while progressively expanding its expertise in public works, building renovations, and the construction of educational facilities.
