The new COSEF Administrative Headquarters located in the Udine Industrial Zone was designed to strengthen the services available to local businesses and workers. Lot 1 comprises the building situated in the northern section of the project area, the dedicated parking spaces along Via Manzano, the electrical substation, and the internal and external building systems.
The three-storey building integrates administrative, commercial, and communal functions within a flexible layout engineered to adapt to different users and evolving needs over time.
