The redevelopment of Fort Santa Caterina involves a complex of approximately 76,000 sq. m. along the right bank of the Adige River, consisting of the former barracks area and the Habsburg fort immersed in greenery. Developed within the framework of the PINQuA program, the project aims to reopen to the community an area long disconnected from urban life.
The intervention combines built heritage restoration, social housing, new cultural and hospitality functions, a public park, and community services, driven by a vision focused on inclusion, sustainability, and urban fabric regeneration.
