The Tiziano condominium is located in Grado, within the historic centre of the ancient town. Rising across 13 above-ground storeys, the building overlooks the lagoon and enjoys a 360-degree view over the open sea as well as the historic centre below.
The building features an “E”-shaped floor plan composed of a central block housing the circulation core, including staircases and panoramic lifts, from which two lateral wings and a central section extend, forming the residential area. The development includes 12 residential floors with a total of 54 units, while the first four floors are dedicated to an apartment hotel.
In addition, the two underground levels are used as parking garages, while the ground floor accommodates further parking spaces and storage units, with the central area occupied by the main entrance lobby.
Consistent with its scale and prominent location, the building was designed and constructed with particular attention to aesthetics and the execution of high-end finishes, with the aim of becoming one of Grado’s most iconic buildings.
Premium-quality materials and refined architectural details were used throughout, including ogival aluminium pillars incorporating integrated LED night lighting, which extends into the ceilings of the curved balconies with structural coloured curved-glass balustrades. These elements make the building instantly recognisable both from land and sea, while giving it a distinctive sense of natural elegance.
