The redevelopment of the former Telecom building in Via dei Bonomo converts a decommissioned office building into a modern student housing facility integrated into the Campus X network. The project spans approximately 12,000 sq. m. across a multi-storey building within 'Il Giulia' complex.
The new layout combines student rooms, studio apartments, and co-living solutions with extensive shared amenities: study areas, lounges, a gym, communal kitchens, laundry facilities, recreational zones, and services tailored to community living.
