Casa Raffaello is a new residential building in the San Giovanni district of Trieste, constructed following the demolition of the pre-existing structure. The new complex spans six residential floors comprising 23 apartments, each featuring a terrace or outdoor space, alongside a ground floor dedicated to parking, garages, and storage units connected to the residences with full barrier-free accessibility. The project achieves an A4 energy performance rating.
