The project on the San Domenico public housing complex, located in the western district of Udine, is part of the National Innovative Program for Quality of Living (PINQuA). The project stems from the 'Abitare Udine: Quartiere San Domenico 2030 - Comunità al Plurale' vision and aims to transform outdated housing stock into a more open, efficient, and inclusive urban system.
The intervention regarding Lot B consists of the demolition and subsequent reconstruction of a building complex comprising 73 residential units, a library, a multipurpose hall, a pharmacy, and a medical clinic, serving as a functional sub-phase of a broader urban regeneration program encompassing the entire neighborhood.
